In order to fulfil the existing contractual relationship, to perform services owed and to send you contract documents, we as well as third parties or processors commissioned by us process the following data from you, provided that you have notified us at the conclusion of the contract or in the course of the contractual relationship:

4. Categories of data recipients

To the extent permitted by law, we pass on personal data to companies in our Group as well as external service providers:

6. Retention period of the data

We retain your data for the period of the existing contract and after the termination of the contract with you for a period until completion of the tax audit of the last calendar year in which you were our customer.

If statutory retention periods exist, we are obliged to save the data until the expiry of these periods. After expiration of the legal storage obligations, which result primarily from the commercial and tax law (in particular tax code and commercial code), these are deleted.

For promotional speeches we store your data until you object to a use, you revoke your consent or a speech is no longer legally permitted. We will store your other data as long as we need it for the fulfilment of the specific purpose (eg for the fulfilment of the contract or processing) and delete it after discontinuation of the purpose.
