“There’s no business like snow business” was the motto of our team event at the beginning of February. And that’s exactly what it was, because we had plenty of snow! ⛄
Our first KickOff for all NetDescribe employees this year took place in Ehrwald, Austria, one of the locations in the Zugspitz Arena. Real winter wonderland! The destination for all was a cozy mountain boutique hotel in the middle of town. After breakfast, it was time for presentations and workshops. Four new employees were at the start and thus had the perfect debut.
In the early evening there was a welcome drink at the bar. Then the team waited for several shuttle buses to the car park of the Zugspitzbahn. Equipped with headlamps, a lonely path led us through the deep snow-covered forest to a rustic hut.
After the march, a mulled punch warmed hands and souls at the reception. The rest of the evening is best described as “sociable hut fun”. Everyone was in a good mood and finally there was an opportunity to chat with all colleagues again, to get to know the new ones and to have fun together.
The next day the skiers and snowboarders got their money’s worth, but also on foot or with the gondola you came to the Ehrwalder Alm, where almost everyone met again for lunch.
